1.    Attraction.  Attraction comes from many factors.  Skin color, Hair color, hair length, Height, Weight, Clothing.  About as many factors that are unchangeable at any given moment, there are those things that are changeable.  What you wear, how you do your hair, makeup, and how you smell, are all things that influence those around you and are things you decide on.  It is up to you to make sure everything is flawless.  Too much makeup, bad perfume, oily hair or skin, any one of these things can destroy attraction once the customer gets close to you and ruin any chance of making lots of money off of them.

 

2.    Personality/Attitude.  This is one of the main reasons customers will keep coming back over and over again to spend their money on the same dancer.  Your personality and attitude towards the customer will either make them feel comfortable with you, or you will turn them off, and look else where for satisfaction.  Also your attitude about work itself will show and the customer will know if you really want to be at work or if you are only going through the motions.

 

3.    Listening.  Girls who make a lot of money at work are not the loud boisterous ones, but the ones who are able to listen to the customer and not only carry a conversation with them, but also listen what they want from the girls, or life, and think of ways to accommodate them.  Listening is paramount to having a customer feel like they are important and will have them coming back to the same girl over and over.

 

4.    The Girl Doesn’t Act Like She Just Wants Money.  Men in strip clubs, and everyone in general, don’t want to feel like they are being sucked dry by some dancer.  They want to feel like they actually got something for their money, whether it is them feeling like they are important, sexy, attractive, or just had some VERY good entertainment for the night, they want value.  If they feel they have received that, they will come back for more of the same.

5.    Approachable/Appearance.  This has to do partly with the girl’s attitude, but there is more to it then that.  If a guy feels like that a girl is unapproachable because she is a bitch, or in a bad mood that night, he will avoid her and any negative confrontation with her.  He might receive the same treatment at home, why would he pay money to have it on his night out?  The girls who are always smiling and happy, not obnoxious, are far more attractive and make much more money then the lonely stripper sulking at the bar because she isn’t making any money.
